“Disorder” that kills your success in business and life
I just finished my graduate studies at Cornell and I am flight back to the West Coast to start a new life by working with a startup in Silicon Valley. As I began packing up everything that I realized that I had a lot of unnecessary things I took everywhere with me these last ten years that I’ve moved from one place to another, and it took only a space, cost me money for the expedition and was just added to the “baggage” or “clutter” in my lifeinstead of contributing to something positive. This made me realize that we all clutter, mental or physical, that help us not and even affects our ability to succeed and the world of rock.
Clear the clutter. In these times of our minds are years race light per second, trying to follow the iPods, Facebook, finance and labour. Each of these thoughts of worry and stress we distracted to concentrate on activities in our lives that will occur the more income, of joy and well-being.
“Clutter” in the results of your spirit of conflict resolved with others, a calendar too complicated, too high expectations, undesirable in the home/workspace and bad health, among other things. If you want to reduce the clutter so that you can maximize what you get in life, you must first ask yourself what that “tips” you need to make the closure to your life and take care of them. Reduce the complexity of your schedule and stress that comes with it by selecting only the activities that will offer you the most leverage to achieve your goals is also help. Be proactive: instead of responding to tasks regardless of your journey and a list of piled-up tasks, start the day trying to complete 1-2 tasks that meet your objectives of big picture just. Be OK with small things do not being completed and stop to say “Yes” too often people seeking favors and tasks to complete. It’s your life.
Third, get rid of junk lying around your apartment and the workspace. I don’t care if you have paid for it or you think that you might need it “just in case,” 7 years from now-if this does not add any value to your life more and is taking place, blocking the flow of energy and by adding an excess of weight to your life, just get rid. Your inner world is a reflection of your outside world, so if you find that your life is disorganized and chaotic. see if your space appears in the same way.
Finally, the condition of your body is the foundation of your life. How you are physically will determine how you feel, that controls the what thoughts you have, which, in the controls turn on what type of actions, you look, to determine the results that you get in life.
Develop a State of optimal mind for each day of your life by disabling disorder in your mind and your space. If you take care of to attract the best results in your business and feel you more free, something which is not really associated with entrepreneurship, but is an integral part of success.
