In a direction of the company, you can be a hero or a victim. Hero saves her people of the day not being a sacrificial martyr, but aimed to solve the problem because of its limited time and resources. A victim is exactly the opposite: he cannot save himself or his company because he is screeching about how problematic is situation is. Shrill victims. Heroes solve.
We tend to be the victims sometimes. We slip into the world of financial anxiety when our stock crash, employees complain perpetually, and profits plunge. When this happens, remember that you are a hero. This is where thee concept give value takes place.
We have lived in the bottom of life. This problem is not of us. Others have learned the mud dry and shake themselves successfully. This is what we want to do: keep the spirit high, even when the deep sinking.
The company is to be source of inspiration. You do not discourage people to move forward. Give you value and that they are better push. You enjoy yourself and others despite the challenges. When you have problems, think about positive things.
Enhance your health and your age. Few people your age. Some die when they are young. Some people of your age have to live with gas masks and medicines. If you are young, be grateful of your energy. If you are old, being grateful of your wisdom.
Give value to what you have right now. Money in your bank account and your current financial situation is precious to you because you have worked hard for them. The company is a question taking these resources and thinking about ways to make them productive for you and your employees.
Give value to your friends. They can be a little, but at least they are loyal to you. Some have of many “friends”, but these friends talk behind his back. They raised you a way to continue with your business endeavor.
Give value to your lover and family. These people were there with you when you started your business. They are with you now and always will be there.
Most importantly, give value to yourself. You have your own strengths and limitations. You are what you are. Your business will not bloom when you have not worked hard for it. You struggled enough to place business where it is now.
