An alliance of trust some people might say
A sturdy wall that cannot be easily broken in a day
This
force of togetherness may not always hold firm
It’s through that concern that we all learn
Comrades, companions, just a few words one might speak
To describe the concept of trust between a person and another
Being there for each other when things become bleak
Friends take on different roles, at different times they discover
When the path is hazy, and one needs a helping hand
The extra mile partaken in the journey, comes in demand
When’s you’ve given someone an extra step
Or when you’ve leant your shoulder, for the tears they have wept
When they felt a pain like nothing else in their lives
And the other half comes over and makes everything alright
The simple pleasures of bonding together and having fun a lot
You truly realized who’s with you all the way, and who is not
Someone to turn to and to repay the favor
That’s what someone may call a savior
A blessing, a gift, a invincibility of tendencies
No my friends, that’s friendship, the epic ness of togetherness
And it’s something everyone should have to make the most of their life
